There is only a half display of the slideshow

Hello. I have never used slideshow before so I gave it a go ,just today.
My problem is that there is only a "half display" of the display. No matter what theme I choose. There is no problem like this with the back-strech slideshow.
I use the latest version of zentools2 (1.0.9.)
I must be missing something. Can you please help me?

Hi

If you try the ratio of height to width or vice versa does that make a difference?

Cheers

My bad Paul! I forgot to put online the site.
Can you please have one more look?
I try to investigate the issue but I am lost somewhere....

UPDATE!
I found something here while trying to fix the issue
.owl-wrapper-outer.autoHeight
I change this and the slideshow is getting bigger. I understand that this isn't a solution but it's a good start :)

Hi

Are you after a slideshow with the overlay?

You can set the module layout via the the

"Module layout and settings"

and chose none if you don't want that effect

With "none" , the slideshow is ok.
The fact is that I like the overlay effect. I will try the backstrech now to see what happens.

The backstrech slideshow works ok. I will stay with that. If my boss doesn't like it, I will open a ticket.

One question please. Is it possible to have the fadeup effect in the backstrech slideshow? It's only available to the "normal slideshow" ...

Regarding backstretch it is really intended for full width screen positions so it doesn't have the fadeup effect included

With the auto height that is a setting in

Options tab >Module layout and settings
