This is actually template styling so

try pasting this into your custom styling

body .zentools .zen-boxed .zeninner:hover, body #main-row .zentools .zen-boxed .zeninner:hover {
background: #fff;
border-bottom: 4px solid rgba(0,0,0,0.1);
