OK...is it possible to do a Masonry layout on a Venture template or might I have to switch to something like Portal?

I want to use the Venture Template as we have already developed it to some extent. Have installed K2 and all. We want a masonry or tile layout with tag filters across the top.

Not sure why I am not getting it out. Here's the page we're trying:

If we can make this work, I want to use a the same approach on many lower level pages

K2 is a whole different way of managing content so is a bit different from Zentools

Do you need the extra functionality k2 offers compared to zentools?

e.g. Commenting, social media sharing etc

K2 does have an additional learning curve

Yes, it would be useful sometimes. I have installed K2 and transferred (sample) content over. Also learning K2. My understanding that K2 can be very good for lots of content - flexible and adaptable.

This site will have plenty of content over time.

In that case it makes sense to use k2

Can you first add this

#zenfilters.nav-tabs li a.active {color: #000 !important;}

replacing #000 with the colour of your choice but leaving the !important in place

You can add any customisations to the custom.css file.

Bear in mind we're trying to alter the column widths, not change the colours.

Sorry, the above might not be clear. The problem is not the colour, the problem is that we can not get this layout to appear in a multi-column layout. Have changed various settings in the K2 category 'Filling in Forms' to change how the sample articles appear (leading, primary.secondary), but no joy.

We can change the image sizes through K2 on this category page, and all other settings tried so far change as they are altered. Just the multicolumn stubbornly resist.

Of course, I'm sure it could be something obvious we are missing.

What you've go there should be fine. Do you have an older JB template installed? I think Zenkit is checking to see if the grid is also loaded by seeing if the old zgf plugin is available. Basically the required grid rules arent loading.

Yes, I do have another JB template installed - Corporate. We were going to go with that one and then changed to Venture. Don't need the Corporate.

Trash it?

I'd take a backup first and then delete the template via extension manager

Has my ticket been closed inadvertently?

It doesn't appear under open tickets, and when I look at it it has that Green button/white text 'Reopen Ticket'. Also these definitions: ' Support closed normal Unassigned'
