Update: I managed to get zentools installed and got a small slideshow enabled on the page "portfolio zakelijk". However, the background slideshow is not split in 2 parts because of this zentool slideshow. (it isn't showing nicely like the demo :) )
I did probably something wrong, but cannot figure it out. Maybe used some wrong positions for the components???

Not quite sure what you mean by split into two parts - do you have a link?

Hi Alain,
In Focus 2 if you have a module published to the banner position as you do on that portfolio page and not other moduels then there iwll only be one selideshow. To have two slideshows you would need to publish another module to the grid1 position or any other grid 1-12 position to open up a slideshow that refers to that area of the template.

Hope that helps.

Hi there,

I'm not sure I understand...
I have (on the 'portfolio zakelijk') page 1 slideshow component (from zentools) activated in the grid1 position.

that slideshow works ok!

problem is that my background slideshow (which has the same pictures, so that is maybe not the best example : ) ) is now showing:
1) behind en above the menu: true
2) behind the zentools slideshow: FALSE: this is the problem
3) behind all content that is BELOW the zentools slideshow

this way, the background slideshow seems to be 'split up' in a top and a bottom part. the divider is the foreground slideshow component..

How can I get it fixed, in a way, that my foreground and background do not interfere with each other. (like your demo page has)

Hi Alain,

Right I think I understand it a little better. So what's your aim? To have the slideshow appearing without the screen separated? Or to have the slideshow showing on top of the background slideshow?
Thanks

Hi There,

my answer is: both!

I don't want to split the background(what is also a slideshow) AND I want to have a portfolio slideshow on the foreground showing in front of the background.

Is that possible? and how should I proceed??

Hi Again,

I'm a step further..
I simply changed the location of my foreground slideshow from grid1 to banner and it works!

well, with 1 small note/question: If you look at the "portfolio zakelijk" page, the foreground slideshow is half over the background slideshow and half over the solid colored background.

How can I change it, that my background slideshow and my foreground slideshow are nicely aligned at the bottom??

Regards,

Alain

Hi Alain,

Does this work for you if you add it to a custom.css file.
.pixel,.backstretch{position:fixed !important}
Thanks

Hi,

I'm sure what you mean.
Where should I place this custom css file exactly?
And how should it look like?

If it's an option, then I can try it off course!
