Responsive menu -sub menu items do not open

Hi. My sub menu items work fine from pc. From mobile the sub menu items do not open and the menu is to large. url www.drivemoz.co.za

I have found the solution in my test site. The off canvas should be set to Nav colapse. BUT on my live site I get a message that I do not have access to change id 73. What is the solution?

It is an odd Joomla error this one

I've seen it myself and never really got to the bottom of it

If you click the select box and then edit button - does this work?

It opens and I make changes to canvas menu from desktop to Nav collapse but then takes ages to save and then an error return : You do not have permission to change www.drivemoz.co.za/administrator/index.php?option=com_templates&view=style&layout=edit&id=73. I am on live site. Will make backup and load on local host and see if it can be done on local host. ( Test site on local host did change)
