Modify "open panel" text

How do I modify the text or get rid of the "open panel" tab? I might want to change the text to something besides "OPEN PANEL"

I might want to do something different with it, and I can't find it.

Hi Jeff,

If you open the theme tab Click on hidden panel across the top
or scroll down the page to you see Hidden Panel
