Well....As seen, I have text showing? As well as the button....And the result if I do a search.

Something is still weird.

The first issue is the search module set up

You need to click in the box label field and hit space

Then turn off the search button

What is the issue with the search results page layout?

Yea! Ok all that is working. Nothing wrong with the Results. I was just making sure that is what it was supposed to do.

Is there a way to edit the Results page? Like for example, change the Search Only filters it shows etc?

I don't think there is much you can change within the search results other than disable the particular search plugins via plugin manager

e.g those used in the search only section
