I have a site that I updated to Joomla! 3.4.
It is this one:

I noticed that when I stretched out the window (you will see with the attachments) that the Nav Bar went (stretched) outside of the main area. Is it possible to prevent that from happening?

It looks like the image on the banner isn't wide enough

I changed the size of the banner and then put a ruler to it to see what was happening.

I thought that there should be a CSS code that would enable the graphic in the banner position to go to 100%... and stretch as the window is changed.

It does on contracting the window...

Hi Tony,

The problem with adding a rule like that is it as it enlarges it enlarges any image defects e.g. can make images look blurry

#banner img {max-width: 100%;height: auto; width: 100%;}

It is normally better to edit the image in an editor
