I have created a new site in Joomla! 3.4.6 and having problems creating a nav bar that looks like the original one.

1. The new nav bar contains upper case only

4. The new nav bar is much larger and not what I want....

Please HELP!, I am frustrated with it all....

#menu ul > li a, #menu ul > li .zen-menu-heading {text-transform: initial;}

I can see you fixed the small text issue

When you say larger I'm assuming you mean taller?

try adding

#navwrap #search input {line-height: 50px;}
#menu {min-height: 52px;}
