Browser width issue

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi Joomlabamboo,

Re Rasa2

My client has an issue with the layout in her browser. She has a PC using Google Chrome. (please see ‘Screenshot 2015-05-05 14.08.26.png’). The menu bleeds off left and the right hand side is cropped. The site width is set to 1024px.

Site address is www.mmartin-associates.co.uk/

I have tried various widths etc. to no avail but am loath to alter the site too drastically as in my browser, and probably many others, it looks fine (please see ‘Screen Shot 2015-05-05 at 11.46.11.png’). I use Firefox on a Mac.

Is there any way correcting this site for her type of browser?

Regards Michael

Hi Michael,

Do you get the same problem if you change the animation effect used?

Hi Paul, Yes but I have reduced the text size of the opening slide which sorts out the slide issue.

What about the main menu drop down bleeding off left though?

Hi Paul,

Ah, ok.
No, it gets worse when the menu animation is set to 'none'. Please see attched.

The best so far option is 'below' which is .

Try adding this to your custom css

@media screen and (max-width:1200px) and (min-width:941px) {

.zen-menu-horizontal .zen-menu-offscreen ul {margin-left: -20% !important;left: -20%;}

}
