Hi

Notices are the lowest level of error reporting and in many cases aren't even errors

This suggests the error reporting level is set to high on the WAMP localhost setup - if you were to work on a live host these notices are unlikely to show

What I would suggest if you intend to continue working on WAMP is to turn off error reporting via the joomla installation

Are you familiar with how to do this?

Cheers

Sure

You need to go to system (in top left corner)
> Global Configuration
> Then in five text tabs click the word "server"
> In the error reporting drop down chose error reporting and set to "none"

Cheers
