social share facebook don´t work

If you hover on FB icon, you'll see the link is "#" and it opens the FB share window fine. However, it is sharing the home page, not the page you are on.

Then, if I turn off "Enable Facebook sharing tools" in template settings, the link remains "#" (so it just reloads the page) when it should be facebook.com/saltlakefilmsociety.

Again, this is using the new facebook.php file in this thread.

Yes, with SEF on, it shares correct page.

The other issue remains.

I'm having the same problem.

Twitter, Pinterest & LinkedIn account links work, Facebook does not. Popup sharing did, but that's not what I want. The FB link just adds # to the site home page.

Downloaded, installed, save/compiled. Still doesn't work.

Question since I'm fairly new to using JoomlaBamboo: do the templates not work via the updater? I didn't know there was a new release. I downloaded the QuickStarter on 8/16 and Xero was updated on 8/19, but there was no indication of that in Update or Discover.

Regarding template updates - we don't have templates listed via the updater

We do have an activity twitter stream instead

I'm having this exact same issue with the Facebook link, as described by Andrew MacMillen. Is there a fix for this or do I need to open a ticket?

Should probably confirm that I'm using the latest version of the template, and have tried entering the URL in different ways.
