I am trying to create a tickets

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

To have a quickstart template put in a folder on my site. I am on a different computer than the one that I paid for a new subscription for a couple days ago and it will not let me open a ticket.. It just says Update your subscription.. This has happened before. I did pay for the service of having the quick start template installed just now on this computer. but I can not get into the ticket system.. HELP!

Very sorry for this - the quickstart is a bit an issue with membership accounts

I've reset the account

So you should be good to post now
