Its the same thing I did when I went in and fixed this for you before.

Can you please try again. After doing this, i will take backup of site. One more user is working on this. So there were some misconfiguration in settings.

Same work i have done for Home page template. And it configured very well. But for inner page's template, caption is not saving.

Its better if you learn how to make the change.

The video will show you how to do this.

Ive explained here and in the ticket.

I have seen the video and have tried in my inner page template. It is working fine now. I have done this on my another system. And it works. It may be some cache problem.

Some hosting companies do enable caching on the server - e.g. siteground
