on my site (still under development), the off-canvas button is right aligned to the edge of the screen instead of the "top-wrap" container. Using Firebug, I can see that there is a missing class "panel-padding"
have attached screen cap showing the firebug output of the quickstart (correctly declared) and the non-quick start to show the difference. Where can I add this declaration back?
