How to remove the Presto Name text?

I want to remove the template Title "Presto" from the template? I am thinking to that I will create an HTML module and create a logo to display instead. Although I am also interested to know how could I keep that text but change what it says to the sites name?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I have not found it in the template settings.

I found the answer. You had created that as a module in the logo position already. I just have to edit the module. Nice!
