Disappearance of the template in multilingual site

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi!
I'm trying to create a multilingual site, but when you get into it, the template I customized does not appear.
There are three Main Menu: one general, one Italian and one British, and the template that I customized never appears.
In order to make it appear you must first click on "Home" in the Main Menu, but this behavior is wrong. See attachments.
In fact, the template should appear as soon as you enter the site and also on changing language.

Can you help me? Thanks!

Just to note Lifestyle2 is built on the T3 framework therefore you need some additional steps for multi language setup that is required in addition to a standard Joomla installation. You need to configure it in the template admin and mega menu section.

Here is a link to documentation for this:
www.t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-customization#multiple-language

It is worth going through all the steps carefully along with the info Paul provided as there is plenty to trip you up along the way. Once working though Joomla works well with multi language sites.

Hi!
I apologize, I suddenly got sick, when I can not continue this discussion. I try again in a few days.
Thank you both!

Hi! I'm back! I began to develop my website and I finished setting the multilanguage reading your links.
The menus now work for both languages.
The problem remains that my original layout, which I customized, no longer appears, exactly as I wrote in my initial post, which are attached two pictures of how the layout should be and as it appears.
Thank you!

Hi

Does still sound like an assignment issue either with the template itself or module assignment or both

Is the correct layout just module based?

Hi!
If I give to you the credentials for access to backend of my site, may you try to understand what is wrong?
Thank you!
Cheers!

Multilingual sites are hard to troubleshoot given their nature

Are you using the hide front page and displaying just modules?

I do not know. There are only two languages: Italian and English. Each has its own menu. I just created the two languages according to the standard of Joomla, the template has changed in appearance, including the sub-pages.
Then I followed the instructions of your links, and menus work, although not translated yet, but the site layout is still the wrong one.
...
Maybe I'm finding the solution ... By managing the assignment of modules seem to work. The look is back right.
Remains in contact, waiting for me to do all the checks, thank you!
