One page default

Hi, I Installed the quickstart version of lifestyle2, I want to change the One page layout to be the default page. is that posible?

The administrator has disabled public write access.
Yes its a case of assigning the template style/layout to the home page menu link via the assignment section of the template

Then make sure modules are published to that page

Thanks Paul for answering, I changed one page default ->to ALL, layout ->to all positions, and the assigment to ->home. Still not working. my site visas-mex.com
Am I missing something?

Have you changed the modules to publish on that page?

As that is a one page layout on your site

I have to do it at the Layout from the theme manager?? I don't know where I have to change it.

You need to go into module manager and remove modules you don't want from the home menu link and add those modules you do want

So its a case of changing of menu link assignment for modules as required :)

Now I have another question :S, im editing the menu at menu manager, but seems to not afect the menu displayed
HOME GRID1 GRID2 GRID3 MAIN GRID5 BOTTOM
(the hyperlinks read ../#home-link ../#grid1-link)

where can I edit the main menu?

Have you tried changing the text in the general section of the template admin?

Its not a menu as such
