unable to set megamenu width

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

On a dev build, I seem unable to format the megamenu dropdowns - cannot set width, and when changing from any setting other than justified, all kinds of crazy things happen.

With your exray vision (and superior knowledge) can you see what might be causing this to (not) happen?

With one major reservation, I think I could actually onepage this - something I want to do with two of their microsites (using template styles). But I run into problems getting the 'Home' button on onepage sub-styles that will go all the way out to index.php, instead of just going back to the top.

(There are two decent microsites planned for this project.)

right - that's exactly the problem. I heed a *real* home button - though the top menu (and a clickable logo) might give me a way out.

Not sure what you mean by 'settings.' Note the greyed out 'width' box.

Meaning have you set any sub menu widths in px?

submenus get set in bootstrap 12 column format. So i can set widths in any combination that adds up to 12. As you can see from the first picture, I have set less than 12....

That option is grayed out in all levels. I don't have access to that pixel width box.

I can see you have opened a ticket for this issue - so best to deal with it there

On a unrelated topic - think this may be of interest

Indeed!

The link you sent behaves differently (in Chrome anyway) than demo.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?theme=jul14

unless I was running into server cache issues

THere is going to be a photoblog associated with the site I am currently working on, so this will get a test. Might put it on my own, too.

It is the first day of release so may have the odd wrinkle and we will be adding documentation for it next week

Thought perhaps the split screen may be an option for you - I'm actively thinking of using that for the same purpose
