I think I may have some bits missing!

1. Turn megamenu on - please see screenshot attached - there is a blank space where I think that should be

2. fixed-right position. The position is in the template! See screenshot. But when I try to apply it, that position is not in the drop-down and if I type it in, it just reverts to non.

and can you confirm the version numbers of the template and plugin you have running
