Tabbed Modules appearing in a strange place

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi, again,

Still working on the same site (www.asandiford.com/cwbjoomla/index.php/blog) and have run into something strange. I would like to use the tabs for some client-requested navigation. On this page: www.asandiford.com/cwbjoomla/index.php/blog clicking the tab results in the expected behaviour (eg. Resources shows the list of blog categories in the main content area).

When looking at the individual items (such as www.asandiford.com/cwbjoomla/index.php/blog/item/35-getting-on-track ), the contents of the tabs are moved below the text of the item and appear when clicked (scroll to the bottom after clicking 'resources' to see what I mean).

Any thoughts on where to go from here?

Hi :)

Have you customised the layout as this works as expected for me when I try the same locally?

Have you tested with the form disabled?

Cheers

I couldn't remember if I had or not so I reinstalled Novus and Zentools with no change. I disabled comments and that solved the problem. I will confirm whether or not the client requires comments, however, still kind of strange.

Hi, Paul,

Client is content without comments for the time being, however, they would like the option to enable them in the future. Have you had any luck tracking this one down?

Regards,
Adam

I had a look but couldn't reproduce it

Were the comments just plain text - no inline styling or anything along those lines?

There were no comments entered; just the comments form. I'll dig around again and make sure I haven't inadvertently put a style in someplace.

Normally with this issue its an unclosed div or several
