Its in module manager under the position called "logo"

More recent templates made the switch to give users more flexibility

Hi guys,

I don't see the usual tagline, logo control options in theme magic for Novus. Has the location changed or, is it possible that something faulty happened with my quickstart installation?

I also noticed that there were "2" templates called Novus in the template manager. One is set to default, the other not. I deleted the one that was not in use, to see if that was a possible source of the challenge.. nope.

Thanks

Hi Percy,

As Paul described above its a module position now called 'logo'.

The template controls the font but the content is set in the logo position. So you just need to add a custom module to the logo position and go from there.
Thanks

Hi Anthony, Thanks for the quick response.
Prior to posting my question, I visited the Logo module.. tried to add some text for a tagline to see what would happen, but nothing changed. Do I have to create an 'image' that includes a tagline to make it/them visible? Or.. must I create a module for the logo 'and' the tagline separately?

Ah ok - it just needs to be a p tag.
Try using an h1 or h2 tag on the site title then a p tag underneath.
Thanks

Hi Percey

Just my 2c

I'd go with h2 tag if possible and preserve the h1 for the content title but depends on how you want to set it up
