Once installed the plugin is available as a dropdown in the editor panel. In a default installation it sits as the last option on the bottom row of the editor buttons. As you can see fromt he screenshot below the styles are displayed in the dropdown window as well in the content item itself.

Thi smethod renders evenly resized and cropped images regardless of the original dimensions. All images are resized into 400 by 300px images.

It is important to note that for similair look to JB demo you need 3 columns layout. Image in first column has defined full 100% width thanks to using 12 grids. Title and description is located inside overlay box with width 9 grids and readmore button with 2 grids.
