Yes, except the associated extensions like T3 are not available at the new link:

T3 plugin wise it will 2.2.1 at the moment if you are looking to download

and not the 2.3.0

Just as we are posting it appears Anthony updated T3 to "plg_system_t3-2.3-jb-menu-fix.zip"

Should I still use 2.2.1 for Zenbase 1.2.4 ?

FYI the CLUB links on www.joomlabamboo.com/downloads/template-downloads?param=zenbase are still 404s.

That is a temporary fix to address issues with the 2.3 version you can update or not

If you don't have a need to update I would suggest leaving it
