Hello and Happy New Year to all JoomlaBamboo team. ;)

Is it possible to know the Joomlabamboo roadmap? I feel that since Anthony left the team, Joomlabamboo is quite abandoned, very poor information is communicated to members on the continuation and evolution of your work ...

Personally I begin to have some doubts if continue to use your templates and your framework if I don’t have a clearer vision on your roadmap :dry:

Other templates editor, I take Joomshaper as an example, keep their members informed via their Twitter and Facebook account, also via their blog page, why not follow this approach?

I hope I am wrong about the feeling I have for the moment and I hope a very successful 2018 year for the Joomlabamboo team.

hmm we have changed the configuration of how the emails are sent

I did create a test account for myself and I did receive emails

Can you check spam again for me

If still no emails can you tell me the email provider you are using?

This email is an odd issue as users who had also reported no emails have now started to receive them again

Here in the US there were quite a few service interruptions with all the major ISPs and on the east coast with Office365. Two of my clients had mail outages that could only be resolved by having them switch from IMAP to POP3 (over TLS).

Regarding the email via the forum and ticket system we have made changes to the spf record

So we are hoping this is resolved

Regarding some email services I know many web hosts are having problems with delayed or rejected emails but this isn't related to our problem so I'm told

I'm not sure we can do anything more with the emails without replacing the JB site unfortunately

I can't find anything else regarding email we could do other than the php sending method but this isn't possible with this site
