I would like to keep the current Onepage menu, but I would also like to add a new standard type menu, for example in the top4 position, which refers to the subpages of the various chain restaurants. However, the top4 position does not even exist. I can not find where to publish the subpage menu. Is it more likely to publish the menu elsewhere? The "menu" position and the "toolbar" position do not exist.

I found "top4" position in trashcan and published it. Then I tryed to publish main menu in"top4" position but this doesn't work.
I added a "top-right" position in template, but there isn't a module with this name.

My client postponed next week the decision on how to set up the site layout. He is thinking of using a single page and making simple links to the Facebook pages of affiliated restaurants. The problem is that approximately 100 affiliates are expected.
