Dear Paul Joomla Bamboo Users,

I would really like to learn how to work with Joomla Bamboo templates and build web sites for clients using the Zen tools and T-3 Framework. I like the templates and I also like the fact that the people who run the forums are very helpful.

However, if I really want to learn how to use these tools well, I have tried very hard to learn by reading the various documentation media, but I am finding it rather confusing.. so many choices.

I am going to have to try to find a tutor in the United States who I can work with in person. I would be happy to pay this person what they usually get per hour for web design work.

i live in Western New York, but could fly anywhere within the US/

This is really important to me. Please help.

Hi Elizabeth,

I'd check out screen sharing applications so you and a developer can work remotely rather than be in the same place

If that is possible for you then you could purchase support time from us (meaning Joomla Bamboo) or from a developer in other parts of the world without leaving your desk

Hi Elizabeth,

At the top of page there is "renew" and "Menu"

If you click menu - you will see subscription details at the top of the slide in menu

Once clicked in the following screen you have two tabs you can click
- You need to click "Addon services"

Once you click that it will reveal various extra options you can purchase included options for purchasing "custom blocks" for support

Normally we would suggest creating a ticket first so we can look specifically at what you want to achieve and who best to task for it

Having a way to share screens would need to be in place as we are UK and Australia based at the moment

Oh no,

I just bought one hour of customization help.. but you suggested that I just open a ticket.. now (and mind you I was able to create a ticket before) the system will not let me open
a ticket.. possibly it is ignoring my full subscription and only thinks I just bought an hour.
Here is the message that I am getting:
"The ticket system is only available for current or past developer members. If you would like to add ticket support to your account you can upgrade your subscription"
Can this be fixed so that I can submit a ticket as per your suggestion.

For future reference Team Viewer and Goto Meeting have been suggested by the team for screen sharing / online meetings
