We are a very small UK Tour Operator and I'm going to be using the Responsive template on a 2.5 Joomla website.

I want to create or get someone to help me, or someone to create for me a multiple search module.

something along the following lines:

Region of Country: East India, North India, South India etc.
Activity: Cycling, wildlife, food & drink, Golf etc.
Suitability : Teenagers, family etc.

Where they can choose 1 each from the 3 different choices.

Anybody have any ideas?

Have you had a look on the joomla extensions site?
You can probably use something like this extensions.joomla.org/extensions/search-a-indexing/site-search

Or take a look at chronoforms which can load results from the database dependant on your form settings.

It really depends on what you are using to store and classify your data (articles, component, categories/tags etc)
