LazyLoad not working in Joomlart T3v3 t3_blank responsive template

I have LazyLoad enabled in the JB Library plugin, but I don't see lazyload.js loading on the site - reponsive-fof.cloudaccess.net. Is there a conflict in the Joomlart T3v3 t3_blank responsive template?

Just to confirm - you are not using a JB template and instead a Joomlart one?

Can you try this beta version as it works ok for me locally on the T3 Blank Quickstart I installed
