Conflict with Flexi Custom Code.

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I installed the JB Library Plugin to make a jQuery ZoomIn plugin work. It solves a jQuery conflict correctly which is great and my Zoom function works now.

However, JB is doing a little bit too much. I've noticed it grabs a certain
<scriptt src="example.js"><scriptt>
from a Flexi Custom Code that was located in the body and places it in the head code, along with the other scripts.

When i inspect the source code, i can see that the whole custom module, including the script, is stripped from the output.

I tried the exclude functionality but then i just end up with no script at all, not in the head nor the body. I also tried loading JB scripts on the bottom of the page but this has no effect, it only breaks my ZoomIn plugin again.

Any idea how to solve this?

Many thanks,

Thomas

Hi Thomas!

Is your custom code using "document.write" ?

Thanks.

Hi Anderson,

Thanks for your reply.

I don't believe so. In the Flexi Custom Module i have only inserted a tag to load an external javascript, something u would normally place in the header, i suppose.

I've added the content of the Flexi Custom Code module and the contents of the javascript as attachments.

Kind regards,

Thomas

Hi,

Thanks for the attached files. Is your site local or is it available online? What is the link?
I have tried to reproduce this issue here, but it seems to work. The widget.js is not stripped from the output. I injected a custom module adding that script you are having problem. It loads well.

Please, could you write here more details about JB Library params you are using?

Thanks.
