Hello,
I have downloaded and installed the Captify Content module fro the JED. However when i go to configure the module I get this error:

Module XML data not available

Any ideas or solutions?

What version number is the extension?

I'm assuming you have jblibrary installed as well and have tried re-installing the module?

AH I did not have jblibrary installed, but when I try and install that I get:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@ to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That can be server issue - is there any downtime on the server?

Have you checked the server log file?

Hi,
Yes it was a server issue WHM had updated and broke something!

It's now fixed and I have installed the library plugin and re-installed the module but still get the XML error when opening the module.

Is that the error you see in full?
e.g. there isn't more information provided either in the browser window or in the browser console window?

I installed JB_mod_captifycontent_J2.5_J3.1_1.1.14 & JB_pkg_jblibrary_J2.5_J3.0_2.1.4
joomla V 3.4.1. But when I open Module, The following error is presented:
(Captify Contentg Module XML data not available)
I worked on local, but it didn't work when I transferred to it server.
I wonder what is the problem.

Is the error when you open the module in the admin or on the front end of the site

hmm rats I've tried on a couple of live test sites and so far no issue

Have you ever been able to access the module admin?
Do you see the error in the server log or in the browser console window?

What php version is the server running?

Hello,

I am experiencing the same exact problem. When I log into the Joomla back-end and try to create a new Captify Content module I receive the "Module XML data not available". I have followed the instructions to download and install JB_mod_captifycontent_J2.5_J3.1_1.1.14 & JB_pkg_jblibrary_J2.5_J3.0_2.1.4. However only the Captify Content extension is appearing in the Extension Manager, there is no sign of the JB Library in the manager. I have also tried un-installing and re-installing the Captify Content extension and nothing is seeming to work for me.

Has anything been figured out for this? Please advise.

Hi Samantha,

We've not got to the bottom of this problem as we've not heard back

But with a members subscription you have access to zentools v1 and zentools v2 which are both superior to captfiy with pretty much the same capabilities and more

Also Captfiy isn't responsive while zentools is
