Have installed the module and have done the setup as mentioned in by FChopin98 in the joomla extension page. Every thing works fine, but the effect is not as same as in the demo site.

The question title is shown as link and there is no open/close button visible. When clicking the link, the content opens in a new page (as if opening an article) .

Have attached the screenshot for further reference. Joomla is hosted in as a intranet site and hence i cannot provide the link

That looks like you are linking to a faq item and not the article that you added the loadposition syntax too. Try the instruction on this page for adding a module to the main content area:
