I managed to install JB FAQ, get it to work, and apply most of the formatting that I want to the answer block! However, I can't for the life of me figure out how to insert line breaks.

Some of my answer articles consist of multiple paragraphs, but on the front end (in the answer block) the whole article is skwooshed into 1 paragraph.

Need help please!!

Hey J_Lon,

In the parameters for the JB FAQ module, make sure that you have <br/> in the allowd tags box.
You can then use the tag to break to a new line in the output.

Thanks for the swift response! I will check the parameters as soon as I get my system back up and running again. Switched on my PC this morning and was greeted with "missing or corrupt config/system/". All my recovery attempts so far have failed. I'm now trying to retrieve my files by way of Linux. Wish me luck!

Unfortunately I was unable to resurrect my system, but thankfully I was able to at least access, copy and back up all my files. So I reinstalled Joomla&Co on my laptop, and followed your suggestion. Although <br>tag was already in the allowed tags box, <p> wasn't, and after adding <p> the formatting of my answer box was perfect.
