Not working

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hey there,

I have it installed here: www.volumecheck.com/faq

And I cannot get it to work for some reason. I am new to Joomla so perhaps it is something very basic that I am missing.

Thanks!
Mike

You need to install and then activate the JB Library plugin. It loads the jQuery framework which is required by JB FAQ.

I don't see jQuery loading on your page...

Let us know if that fixes it for you.

Cheers.

And thanks for the quick support!

No problem Mike, just glad it is working for you now.

Good news is, you are now ready for any other JB module!

Hey thanks! I was looking through them and I can't find a demo of each module anywhere. Could you show me where I can find the demos page?

Thanks again!

Hey Mike,

You can see a demo of the faq module here
extensions.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=38&Itemid=100004

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Jason.

No, I mean a demo for all the products. I wanted to try the moo flip, but I don't see a demo for it.

Hi Mike,

Mooflip actually didnt make it to Joomla 1.5. You can download the joomla 1.0 version from the download area here.

www.joomlabamboo.com/downloads/mootools-modules/view-category

We dont have an online demo and the module needs to be reworked to fit with ou new methodologies so it may be some time before we have a module that behaves like mooflip behaved.

Thanks Anthony

Oh, thanks for the quick replies guys. Consider me impressed, and thank you very much!

I'll try some of the others out, and I think I am going to use one of the twitter modules.

Hi,
I'm new to joomla, and have recently installed the JB FAQ, but unfortunately after spending 4 hours(!) , still it doesn't work!!!
I don't know which part i've missed...
Let me tell you what i've done from the begining:
after installing, i read all the toturials and reviews and did as follow:
1. In the module ,in position, wrote : FAQ
2. created an uncategorized article by name of test_FAQ_JB
3. wrote {loadposition FAQ} in editor
4. created section with the name of test_FAQ
5. created a category by name of test1_JBFAQ and chose test_FAQ for its section
6. created a menu in main menu by name of test1 and chose article layout for it and in select article i selected test_FAQ_JB (that un categorized article containing loadposition)
7. created new article and put my first question in the title of that article and in its editor, wrote the answer of the question. and chose test_FAQ for its section and test1_JBFAQ for its category.
8. created another article the same as 7, for another question and answer.
9. run it---> didn't work, so went to the plugin manager and in content-load module select the No wrapping(raw output)
10. again didn't work, so verified that i should install jb library, installed & enabled it but it didn't help.

I think i told you whatever i've done
Would you please help me? i'm really exhausted...

Hi there,

Do you mind posting this in a new thread with a link? Best way to sort out this issue I think.

Hi - having read through the forum, I'm still unable to fix my JB FAQ... and I really want to use this solution as it appears the most elegant out there.

I think I know what the issue is - but don't know the solution.

I have JB Library plugin installed and enabled - but the FAQ doesn't open/close.

I think there's an issue in that JQuery appears to get loaded twice... but even if I uninstall/disable JB Library to prevent it loading twice, the JB FAQ doesn't work.

Any ideas?
