Hi
I'm developing a Joomla 3.2.4 site, I've installed the FitVids plugin but am not able to get it to work, have tried the following:

• installing the JB library plugin,
• re-ordering the plugins,
• using jQuery Easy,
• switching templates

All to no avail. Is there something I'm missing here?

What is the syntax you are using for adding the video?

Can you try attaching it?

My apologies if this is a stupid question but the plugins are enabled in plugin manager?

Oh yes.

As looking at the source code it doesn't have the fitvids syntax
Are you inserting the embed via JCE and its adding p tags around it?

Can you perhaps try inserting it with the JCE not adding the p as the container

I did try adding this video with fivids enabled in this template and it worked for me locally

If you disable jb library and jquery easy does that work?

I've tried fitvids plugin with jb library and jquery easy plugins disabled and enabled, doesn't have any impact

Ive remove the enclosing <p> tags by turning off TinyMCE.

Can I clarify what you mean when you say "the source code it doesn't have the fitvids syntax" ? Do I have to do anything other than paste in embed code as I would normally or do I have to use some extra css?

Can you open a ticket so we can take a look?
