One of the things we pride ourselves on here is providing good and consistent support. So in the last few months due to a few staff changes and a general increase in forum and ticket activity a space has opened up for a support person to do some regular work for us.
One of the keys for the right person is that they know and use (and perhaps love) our templates because knowing your way around the extensions and the templates is essential for providing efficient support.
Ideally I would be looking for someone who can take a few hours a day during the Australian morning time five days a week. Thats GMT +10 from around 9am to 11am or perhaps even 8am to 10am.
