Can't create or edit contacts 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 0  
I can't create or edit contacts in the Start Blogging Joomla Bundle.



I get this error:



Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php' in /home/welcome2/public_html/blog/administrator/components/com_contact/admin.contact.php on line 25



This is a big bug. How can I fix it?

This is a strange error. Does this occur when adding contacts or new users? I have just done both of these things on the demo and it has worked without any errors.

When messing with:

components -> contacts -> manage contacts



as soon as one clicks "manage contacts" a white screen with an error comes up.



however, what i did was get the latest files of the contact component (for component side and admin/component side) and replace all those files. after that it started to work.

Yes ok ... I was thinking it may have been because of an error while transferring the files. Did you do a manual install or use the online installer?
