Hello Anthony and everyone



I installed the 5 Questions module within the current SVN of Joomla 1.5, and it installed perfectly.



However when I use the form, it does not send the email with the contents of the form. It simply returns the user to the same page.



I notice that a user left this same comment on a review in the Joomla Extensions site.



Is there a known fix for this issue? I hope so, because I really love this idea. A short survey on the front page, it's just so cool.



I am trying to use it to let people send me information on artist run galleries that them run, so my website can help them spread news.

Unfortunately no fix available yet ... will hopefully get some time in the next few weeks to update this extension.
