i need to use this module a second time but with a different form,

i changed the name of the xml file and the php file and the name of the folder,

its sill not uploading though, what else do i need to change to have a second but different form

Hi Lisa,

Sorry for the delay on this Ive been away and then got the flu ... anyway, did you find a solution. It might be a little tricky but you would have to create two forms with completely different field values in order to get the two different submit buttons to recognise their respective forms. There are some tutorials on the web for this though just google something like 'multiple forms one page' as a starting point ...
