Have you got the intro length set either by characters or words. That will make each intro a specific length and therefore the same height.

The module parameters show:

word limit: 100
character limit: 450

However, they do not seem to matter much ??
Even if i set it to
word limit: 2
charachter limit: 40

way more words/ characters are shown in the boxes..

I just tested it on the demo site and it works ok. Changing the character limit to 250 keeping the word limit set at 100.

Are you using J1.0 or J1.5?

We're working with Joomla 1.5

It just doesn't seem to matter what I set.
Either 10/10 or 5000/5000 or whatever, the exact same number of words keeps popping up on the frontpage
(www.tv-de-ijpelaar.nl/joomla2)

They all start neatly on the same height now, that's an improvement, though I don't get why.
But the bottom of the box differs in height a bit.

Ok, here I am again.
We want to go forward with the module.

The mess to be seems to be caused by two things:
- the test articles now are not fair. They have no length and do not represent a true situation. I'll fix that, so it might even be fixed already when you might take a look
- the demo-site shows nice preset boxes for thumbnail images. We want to get there as well and it seems to 'force' the boxes more nicely in shapes that are similar.
How do we achieve that? Even when no picture is added, I'd like to see an empty thumbnail box of the same size...

Hi Klaas,

To get the border around the images use the border class like this <img src="myimage" class="border" />

Those images are basically just in the content item using the same dimensions. So the images are scaled to match either and thats they way I have achieved the uniform appearance. This is the best way for you to do it to.
