when i test the form the email dosnt get sent. i have my email in the box

Thats great that it worked ... is the email you are using the same domain as the recipient email?



might be worth trying a different email if you havent already?

i have tried 2 others. both from my computer. ill try from my laptop and i asked my husband to try from work. yours came through so im hoping it just that is quirky. its okay, i love this mod anyway

I am experiencing the same issue, perhaps it has something to do with IP address? I cannot see why I couldn't fill out the form myself and click Make Contact...

What was the error? Perhaps it will provide a clue as to why the email is not working.



Would the reason have anything to do with Global Config settings for Mail?

It was the form error message:



QUOTE:
Something did not work quite right, please try again or contact via our Contact Us page.




Which occurs if there was an error if the form tries to submit but some of the required fields havent been inputted.

Can you email me a user account and password as well as ftp if possible and Ill take a look later on tonight ... that will be the quickest way. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

does this work? i have it on a second site and it dosnt work either. i have emailed myself from another computer and i still dont get the email. this is a great feature!
