TOPIC: PDF Not A Valid Image File

PDF Not A Valid Image File 8 months, 2 weeks ago #76304

Often now, but not always, I get a "Not A Valid Image File" when I attempt to upload and use PDF's in Joomla 1.5.

Does anyone know what this dialogue is really trying to say? Why are some PDF's valid image files and others are not in the same directory?

If you are doing it via the media manager seems like it may be that you haven;t set pdf as an allowed file.

Is this the way you have been doing it?

Not entirely sure where that is set off the top of my head though.

Thanks
