The backend doesn't know me anymore. I had three super users so I disabled two of them and then fiddled around with permissions probably not correctly and probably unchecked the wrong thing(s). Now I can only log in at the front end and not the back end. Is this something I can fix somewhere in the config file or can my hosting company bail/bale me out, or is this as simple as creating a new user in my cp panel (don't think so). I'm just about ready to make my subdomain site live and do away with the 1.5 site after two months of work. I appreciate the security of Joomla 2.5 but it got away from me I guess.

 Thank you so much. I did try to search but just didn't get the words right. This was just what I needed. All is well. I would say I need to read up on user permissions/groups/viewing levels/ACLs/etc so I can understand that better. Carol |
