A new level of support ...
In addition to this, we are going to be rolling out a new extended/priority support service. The new service will basically be an extension of what we already do on the forum and via the ticket system but will extend to include some basic customization of templates as well as some more in-depth joomla work.
There are times when the customization or the work you need done might be a little bit out of your depth but equally does not require the time or the skill of a dedicated developer. The new extended support service is designed to fill the gap between your knowledge/skill set and getting in a web development team to fix your problem. The details of the system are yet to be finalised and I will post more on that in the coming weeks.
